I’ve had my car in four times for recalls and every time the service has been great. The only complaint is I bring my car in super clean and detailed and tell the service manager I do not want it washed because let’s face it. All they do is hose it off. Three out of four times it has been washed and I had to go and re-detail it again. The next time it happens, I’m going to go in and give them a little piece of my mind!
