Dealership went Above and Beyond!! My wife and I bought a brand new Kia Sorento on 17 Dec 24 in SC. On 26 Dec, we were driving to Columbiana, OH and we had a check engine light illuminate. We called the Ken Ganley dealership and explained our predicament. They got us in the following day to investigate the issue. Investigation revealed a bad oxygen sensor. Normally it would take 2 days for the parts to arrive which would impact our return to SC. Went here for an oil change in my Kia Soul. Everyone was so nice. I enjoyed some complimentary popcorn and cappuccino while I waited. They said it would be about an hour but I think it may have taken a little less time. It was a very pleasant experience.
